α receptor→血管收縮，用在感冒藥,降低鼻黏膜、喉嚨腫脹
β1 receptor→作用在心臟，使HR↑，心收縮力↑
β2 receptor→ 分佈在呼吸道，氣管舒張、呼吸道清除效果↑

Catecholamines：
Epinephrine (最早使用的adrenrgic 藥物) | Sti α βreceptor | 會受COMT代謝影響，可用來止血、緩解過敏、CPCR、拔管後stridor inhalation用 |
Isoproterenol | Sti β1、2 receptor | 使BP↑、HR↑、心律不整 有Bronchodilator作用 |
Isoetharine | Sti β2 receptor | Onset快、duration短 |
Racemic epi | L-isomer(左旋):人體大 屬於此類 D-isomer(右旋) | 效果僅50% |
Noncatecholamines：縣治療的主流
Resorcinol | 1.Metaproterenol 2.terbutalione | 不受COMT代謝影響 β2、peak 長、duration長 asthma maintenance therapy |
Saligenin | 1.Albuterol (salbutamol ventolin) 2.Pirbuterol (可口服) | 1.peak 長、duration長 2.P 藥可口服但以inh為主，onset快 |
Θ A Pro-Drug：Bitolterol；藥物本身無作用，在吃入體內經過水解才有作用，Bronchodilator效果更好，主要是口服，duration 達8小時
Θ Ephedrine：抑制MAO分解→使epinephrine、noepinephrine效果↑，sti α receptor ，Bronchodilator 的作用只有epinephrine的1/10，會通過BBB→失眠及類似Amphetamine effect
Long-acting β adrenergic agents：
Sustained Release Albuterol | 口服，onset 慢，peak慢 duration長 | 不能磨碎 |
Salmeterol (Serevent) | ↑β作用，onset慢，peak慢，duration長，有較強的抗發炎效果(但不能完取代Steroid)。 臨床使用做mainteance治療加steroid：1.↑bronchodilator2.↑steroid作用→prevent bronchospasm | 須regular使用，不能當做急救藥用 |
Class of β2-agonists：

Side effcet：
Tremor | 與dose有關，手抖→有效，不抖→效果變差 |
Cardiac effect | HR↑、BP↓(vasodilation) ex: albuterol terbutaline |
Tachyphylaxis | 指用藥後短時間內，效果即不敏感 |
Tolerance | 指用藥一段時間之後，對藥物越來越不敏感 |
Down regulation | 因為βreceptor磷酸化，G-protein無作用→效果↓ |
Fall in PaO2 | 有Q無V→V/Q mismatch，30分內回復正常 |
Hypokalemia | K+入cell內H+出cell外，可給予Jusomin、call RT inh β2 agonist drug或給予Lasix治療 |
